46. A collection adviser for complex cases (team leader), a collection adviser for complex cases (expert level) or a collection adviser for complex cases (emeritus level) is authorized to sign the documents required for the purposes of
(1)  the provisions referred to in sections 47 to 50;
(2)  sections 17.4.1, 17,5, 17.5.1, 17.6, 17.7 and 17.9.1 and section 39 in relation to a formal demand other than that sent to an advocate or notary, of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002);
(3)  sections 54 and 109 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3) concerning the appointment of a proxyholder; and
(4)  section 6 of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36) concerning the appointment of a proxyholder.

(1)  the provisions referred to in sections 47 to 50;
(2)  sections 17.4.1, 17,5, 17.5.1, 17.6, 17.7 and 17.9.1 and section 39 in relation to a formal demand other than that sent to an advocate or notary, of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002);

(2)  sections 17.4.1, 17.5, 17.5.1, 17.6, 17.7 and 17.9.1 and section 39 of the Tax Administration Act (chapter A-6.002) in relation to a formal demand other than that sent to an advocate or notary;
